حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ رَبِيعَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَأِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ، قَتِيلَ (١) السَّوْطِ أَو الْعَصَا، فِيهِ مِائَةٌ، مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ، ، فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The blood money for someone killed by mistake with a whip or a stick is one hundred camels, among which there will be forty pregnant she-camels."
