Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا تَلَقَّوْا الرُّكْبَانَ، وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّجْشِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Do not meet the traders before their goods reach the market, and the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) also forbade the sale involving deception."
