حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي سَالِمٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ يَقُولُ: " اللهُمَّ الْعَنْ فُلَانًا، وَفُلَانًا، وَفُلَانًا " بَعْدَمَا يَقُولُ: " سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ، رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ " فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: {لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ} [آل عمران: ١٢٨] (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he heard the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) after raising his head from bowing in the second rak'ah of the Fajr prayer, after saying "Rabbana wa lakal hamd," supplicating once: "O Allah, send Your curse upon so-and-so," and he mentioned the names of some hypocrites. Upon this, the following verse was revealed: "You have no authority in this matter, whether Allah turns to them or punishes them, for they are wrongdoers."
