حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رِبْعِيًّا قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا تَكْذِبُوا عَلَيَّ، فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يَكْذِبْ عَلَيَّ، يَلِجِ النَّارَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
Mansoor said:
I heard Rib`i say: I heard ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) say: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: `Do not tell lies about me, for whoever tells lies about me will enter the Fire.”
