حَدَّثَنَا نُوحُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُمَرَ الْعُمَرِيَّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ قَالَ: كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَرْمِي جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ عَلَى دَابَّتِهِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، وَكَانَ لَا يَأْتِي سَائِرَهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا مَاشِيًا ذَاهِبًا، وَرَاجِعًا، وَزَعَمَ " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ لَا يَأْتِيهَا إِلَّا مَاشِيًا ذَاهِبًا وَرَاجِعًا " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to stone the Jamrah Aqabah on the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah while riding, and on the remaining days he would do so on foot, and he would state that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to do likewise.
