حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ (٥) بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ،، ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سَبْعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ، فَمَنْ رَأَى خَيْرًا، فَلْيَحْمَدِ اللهَ عَلَيْهِ، وَلْيَذْكُرْهُ، وَمَنْ رَأَى غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ، فَلْيَسْتَعِذْ بِاللهِ مِنْ شَرِّ رُؤْيَاهُ، وَلَا يَذْكُرْهَا فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَضُرُّهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: A good dream is one of the seventy parts of prophethood, so whoever sees a good dream should thank Allah for it and relate it. And if someone sees a bad dream, he should seek refuge with Allah from the evil of that dream and should not relate it to anyone; in this way, that dream will not harm him.
