حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَهُمْ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَبْعَثُ عَلَيْهِمْ إِذَا ابْتَاعُوا مِنَ الرُّكْبَانِ الْأَطْعِمَةَ مَنْ يَمْنَعُهُمْ أَنْ يَتَبَايَعُوهَا (١) حَتَّى يُؤْوُوا (٢) إِلَى رِحَالِهِمْ " (٣)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when people used to buy goods from riders, the Prophet (ﷺ) would send some people to them who would prohibit them from selling it to someone else while still standing in the same place, until they had taken it to their own tent.
