Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي الزَّبِيدِيُّ يَقُولُ: عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: " سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْمُرُ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I myself heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanding to kill dogs.
