حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: كَانَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ لَا يَزَالُ يُغْبَنُ، ، فِي الْبُيُوعِ، وَكَانَتْ فِي لِسَانِهِ لُوثَةٌ، فَشَكَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا يَلْقَى مِنَ الْغَبْنِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا أَنْتَ بَايَعْتَ فَقُلْ: لَا خِلَابَةَ " قَالَ: يَقُولُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: " فَوَاللهِ لَكَأَنِّي أَسْمَعُهُ يُبَايِعُ، وَيَقُولُ: لَا خِلَابَةَ يُلَجْلِجُ (١) بِلِسَانِهِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that there was a man from the Ansar who used to be deceived by people in trade, and he also had a stammer in his speech. He complained to the Prophet (ﷺ) about the deception he faced. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When you make a sale, say: "There is no deception in this sale." Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: By Allah, it seems as if I am still hearing him saying "La khilabah" while making a sale, and his tongue is faltering.
