Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصَلِّي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ، كَأَنَّ الْأَذَانَ فِي أُذُنَيْهِ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to offer the Sunnah of Fajr while the call to prayer was still being heard in his ears.
