Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ قَالَ: " اللهُمَّ لَا تَجْعَلْ مَنَايَانَا بِهَا حَتَّى تُخْرِجَنَا مِنْهَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would enter Makkah Mukarramah, he would supplicate: "O Allah, do not cause us to die here until You take us out from here."
