حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، وَيَحْيَى بْنِ وَثَّابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ عَلَى هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ: " مَنْ أَتَى الْجُمُعَةَ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying on this pulpit: Whoever comes for Jumu'ah should come after performing ghusl (ritual bath).
