Translation

English translation

Once, Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) saw a shepherd grazing his goats in a filthy place while a better place was available, and Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) had also seen it, so he said: O shepherd! Woe to you, take these goats somewhere else. I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say that every shepherd will be questioned about his flock.
