Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعُمَرِيُّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: " مَا كَانَ لِي مَبِيتٌ وَلَا مَأْوَى عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، إِلَّا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that during the blessed era of the Prophet (ﷺ), I had no place of shelter or place to spend the night except the mosque.
