حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنِ الْقَزَعِ " قَالَ حَمَّادٌ: " تَفْسِيرُهُ أَنْ يُحْلَقَ بَعْضُ رَأْسِ الصَّبِيِّ، وَيُتْرَكَ مِنْهُ ذُؤَابَةٌ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade "qaza’". "Qaza’" means that when cutting a child's hair, some hair is cut and some is left.
