حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: رَمَقْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْبَعًا وَعِشْرِينَ، أَوْ خَمْسًا وَعِشْرِينَ مَرَّةً " يَقْرَأُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ، وَالرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ، قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ، وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ " (٣)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once I observed for 24 or 25 days that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite Surah Al-Kafiroon and Surah Al-Ikhlas in the two rak'ahs (Sunnah) before Fajr and after Maghrib.
