English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Soon there will come rulers over you who will command you to do things which they themselves do not do. Whoever affirms their lies and helps them in their oppression, he has no connection with me and I have no connection with him, and he will not be able to come to me at the Pond of Kawthar."
