Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: " كَانَ فِي خَاتَمِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the ring of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had the inscription «محمد رسول الله». (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
