حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، سَمِعْتُ سَالِمَ بْنَ رَزِينٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُمَرَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ لَهُ الْمَرْأَةُ، ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقُهَا، ثُمَّ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا رَجُلٌ فَيُطَلِّقُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، فَتَرْجِعُ إِلَى زَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " حَتَّى تَذُوقَ الْعُسَيْلَةَ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once a man asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about the issue: If a man gives his wife three divorces, and another man marries that woman, but divorces her before consummation, will she become lawful for the first husband? He replied: No, not until the second husband tastes her honey.
