Original Arabic
قَالَ: وَبَعَثَنَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَرِيَّةٍ نَحْوَ تِهَامَةَ فَأَصَبْنَا غَنِيمَةً، فَبَلَغَ سُهْمَانُنَا (٣) اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ (٤) بَعِيرًا، " وَنَفَّلَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعِيرًا بَعِيرًا " (٥)،
Translation
English translation
And once the Prophet (ﷺ) sent us on an expedition towards Tihamah, we obtained spoils of war and our share became twelve camels each, and the Prophet (ﷺ) also gave us one camel each as a reward.
