حَدَّثَنَا (٤) يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأُمَوِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ " (٥)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the sale of the unborn offspring of a pregnant animal, "which is still in its mother's womb," while it is still in the womb.
