Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) divorced his wife while she was in her "days" (menstruation). Umar Farooq (may Allah be pleased with him) mentioned this to the Prophet (ﷺ), so he said: "Tell him to take his wife back, and when she becomes 'pure', then in those days of purity he may divorce her." I asked Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), "Was that divorce counted?" He replied: "Then what else?"
