Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَا مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللهِ، وَلَا أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ (٤) الْعَمَلِ فِيهِنَّ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأَيَّامِ الْعَشْرِ،، ، فَأَكْثِرُوا فِيهِنَّ مِنَ التَّهْلِيلِ، وَالتَّكْبِيرِ، وَالتَّحْمِيدِ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "There are no days greater in the sight of Allah, nor are righteous deeds more beloved to Him in any days than in the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, so increase in them the saying of Tahleel, Takbeer, and Tahmeed."
