حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: (٢) " إِذَا اشْتَرَيْتَ الذَّهَبَ بِالْفِضَّةِ أَوْ أَحَدَهُمَا بِالْآخَرِ فَلَا يُفَارِقْكَ وَبَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَهُ لَبْسٌ " (٣)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: When you exchange gold for silver or either of these things, do not separate from your companion as long as there is even the slightest doubt between you and him.
