Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَلْبَسَ الْمُحْرِمُ ثَوْبًا مَسَّهُ زَعْفَرَانٌ أَوْ وَرْسٌ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the Muhrim from wearing such clothes on which saffron and wars have been applied.
