حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ (٢) وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ: الْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ " (٣)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: There are five kinds of animals which there is no sin in killing even in the state of Ihram: the scorpion, the mouse, the kite, the crow, and the rabid dog.
