قَالَ: وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْنِي " خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ أَنْ يَقْتُلَهُنَّ: الْحَيَّةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ، ، الْعَقُورُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

And the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There are five kinds of animals which there is no sin in killing even while in the state of Ihram: the scorpion, the rat, the kite, the crow, and the rabid dog."
