Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ تَلْبِيَةَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " لَبَّيْكَ اللهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ، ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، (١) إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Talbiyah of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was: « لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ » I am present, O Allah! I am present, I am present, You have no partner, I am present, all praise and all blessings are for You, and sovereignty is also Yours, You have no partner.
