Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he performed prayers in Mina with the Prophet (ﷺ), with the two Shaykhs (may Allah be pleased with them), and also for six years with Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him); all of them used to perform the travelers’ prayer, that is, two rak‘ahs. Later, Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) started performing the complete prayer.
