Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "When returning from Hajj, Jihad, or Umrah, whenever they ascended a high place on the earth, they would recite this supplication: « لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ آيِبُونَ تَائِبُونَ عَابِدُونَ سَاجِدُونَ لِرَبِّنَا حَامِدُونَ صَدَقَ وَعْدَهُ وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ » Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is no deity except Allah, He is alone, He has no partner, His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He has power over all things. Returning in repentance, in prostration, in worship, and returning while praising our Lord. Allah has fulfilled His promise, helped His servant, and defeated all the armies alone."
