حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي نَافِعٌ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " يُقْتَلُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ خَمْسٌ (١) لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ: الْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورٌ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ " (٢)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: There are five kinds of animals for whose killing there is no sin: the scorpion, the mouse, the kite, the crow, and the rabid dog.
