Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ تُؤْكَلَ لُحُومُ الْأَضَاحِيِّ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade eating the meat of one's sacrifice after three days (later this ruling was abrogated).
