حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ: " اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ " فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ فَقَالَ: " اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ " فَقَالَ: وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ حَتَّى قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا أَوْ أَرْبَعًا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: " وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "O Allah! Forgive those who shave their heads." The people said: "And for those who shorten their hair, O Messenger of Allah." The Prophet (ﷺ) then, on the third or fourth time, said for those who shorten their hair: "O Allah! Forgive those who shorten their hair as well."
