حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُوسَى (٤) قَالَ: - كُنْتُ مَعَ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ فَمَرَّتْ رُفْقَةٌ لِأُمِّ الْبَنِينَ، ، فِيهَا أَجْرَاسٌ -، فَحَدَّثَ سَالِمٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " لَا تَصْحَبُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ رَكْبًا مَعَهُمُ الْجُلْجُلُ " فَكَمْ تَرَى فِي هَؤُلَاءِ مِنْ جُلْجُلٍ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
Abu Bakr bin Musa says that once I was with Salim when a caravan of Umm al-Banin passed by, in which there were also bells. On this occasion, Salim narrated from his father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Angels do not accompany a caravan in which there are bells, and how many bells do you see with these people?"
