English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) went to the house of Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her). He saw a curtain hanging at the door of her house, so he turned back from there. It was very rare that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) would go to her and not begin with her. In short, after a little while, Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) came and saw that Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) appeared sad. He asked, "What happened?" She replied, "The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) came, but did not enter the house (and returned from outside)." Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) went to the service of the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! Fatimah has felt this very deeply that you came to her but did not enter the house?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said, "What concern do I have with the world? What concern do I have with these decorated curtains?" Upon hearing this, Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) went to Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) and conveyed to her the statement of the Noble Prophet (ﷺ). She said, "Please ask the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), what is the command for me now?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Tell Fatimah to send it to the people of such-and-such tribe."
