حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، أَنَّ نَاسًا دَخَلُوا عَلَى ابْنِ عَامَرٍ فِي مَرَضِهِ فَجَعَلُوا يُثْنُونَ عَلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: أَمَا إِنِّي لَسْتُ بِأَغَشِّهِمْ لَكَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " إِنَّ اللهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى لَا يَقْبَلُ صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ وَلَا صَلَاةً بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
Mus'ab bin Sa'd (may Allah have mercy on him) says that some people came to Ibn 'Amir to visit him during his illness and began to praise him. Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "I will not deceive you more than they have; I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that Allah does not accept charity from stolen spoils of war, nor does He accept prayer without purification."
