حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، عَمَّا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ؟، قَالَ: " خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي الْحَرَمِ: (٢) الْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، (٣) وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ " (٤)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once someone asked the Noble Prophet (ﷺ): Which animals can a Muhrim kill? The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "A scorpion, a mouse, a kite, a crow, and a rabid dog can be killed."
