Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي (١) سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: " غَدَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، إِلَى عَرَفَاتٍ مِنَّا الْمُكَبِّرُ، وَمِنَّا الْمُلَبِّي " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when we set out towards the plain of Arafat with the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), some among us were proclaiming takbeer and some were reciting talbiyah.
