حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ،، ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: كَلِمَةً، وَأَنَا أَقُولُ أُخْرَى: " مَنْ مَاتَ، وَهُوَ يَجْعَلُ لِلَّهِ نِدًّا، أَدْخَلَهُ اللهُ النَّارَ "، قَالَ: وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: وَأَنَا أَقُولُ مَنْ مَاتَ، وَهُوَ لَا يَجْعَلُ لِلَّهِ نِدًّا، أَدْخَلَهُ اللهُ الْجَنَّةَ (١)،
Translation
English translation
Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says that there are two statements: one I heard from the Prophet (ﷺ), and the other I say from myself. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever dies in a state while associating partners with Allah, will enter Hell." And I say: Whoever dies in a state while not associating anyone with Allah, will enter Paradise.
