حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مَنْصُورًا، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " لَا سَمَرَ إِلَّا لِرَجُلَيْنِ، أَوْ لِأَحَدِ رَجُلَيْنِ: لِمُصَلٍّ، وَ (٢) لِمُسَافِرٍ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "No one is permitted to talk after the 'Isha prayer except for two persons: one who is praying or one who is traveling."
