Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " عَلِّمُوا وَيَسِّرُوا، وَلَا تُعَسِّرُوا، وَإِذَا غَضِبْتَ فَاسْكُتْ، وَإِذَا غَضِبْتَ فَاسْكُتْ، وَإِذَا غَضِبْتَ فَاسْكُتْ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that
He mentioned the words of the Prophet (ﷺ) about doing ghusl on Friday, Tawoos said: I said to Ibn 'Abbas: Should one put on perfume if his family has any? He said: I do not know.
