Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ التَّمِيمِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Abu Salamah said: Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) used to narrate that
Abu Bakr lifted from the face of the Prophet (ﷺ) after he had died a striped cloak with which he was covered. He looked at the face of the Prophet (ﷺ), then he leaned over him and kissed him.
