حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسِ، قَالَ: مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِنَفَرٍ يَرْمُونَ فَقَالَ: " رَمْيًا بَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ، فَإِنَّ أَبَاكُمْ كَانَ رَامِيًا " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
Abush-Sha'tha' narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:
I prayed behind the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) eight [rak’ahs] together and seven [rak'ahs] together.
