حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَوْ جَدِّهِ - الشَّكُّ مِنْ يَزِيدَ -، عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ بَعْدَ الْحَدَثِ، وَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ وَصَلَّى (٤) .، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that ʼUmar said:
I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) doing wudoo after relieving himself, and wiping over his leather slippers (khuff), then praying.
