حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، مَوْلًى لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَئِنْ بَقِيتُ إِلَى قَابِلٍ لَأَصُومَنَّ الْيَوْمَ التَّاسِعَ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:
It was said to the Prophet (ﷺ): Why don't you marry the daughter of Hamzah? He said: "She is the daughter of my brother through breastfeeding.”
