حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَأْتِيهِ الْجَارِيَةُ بِالْكَتِفِ مِنَ القِدْرِ، فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا، ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى الصَّلاةِ فَيُصَلِّي، وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ وَلَمْ يَمَسَّ مَاءً " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Its trees are not to be cut and its game is not to be disturbed; its lost property is not permissible except for one who will announce it; and its grasses are not to be cut." Al-'Abbas said: O Messenger of Allah, except idhkhir. He said: “Except idhkhir.”
