Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " احْتَجَمَ ثَلاثًا فِي الْأَخْدَعَيْنِ، وَبَيْنَ الْكَتِفَيْنِ، وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ (٤) ، وَلَوْ كَانَ حَرَامًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ إِيَّاهُ " (٥)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) interpreted things positively and was not pessimistic, and he liked every good name.
