حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ،، ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: " رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَذَّنَ فِي أُذُنِ الْحَسَنِ يَوْمَ وَلَدَتْهُ بِالصَّلَاةِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Rafi’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that when Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) gave birth to Husain (may Allah be pleased with him), I saw that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) himself gave the call to prayer (adhan) in his ear.
