حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُصَيْفَةَ (٣) ، عَنْ عَمْرِو (٤) بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا وَجَدَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَلَمًا فَلْيَضَعْ يَدَهُ حَيْثُ يَجِدُ أَلَمَهُ ثُمَّ لِيَقُلْ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ: أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ " (٥)، ، .................................، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "When any of you feels pain in any part of his body, he should place his hand on the place of pain and say this seven times: « أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ »."
