حَدِيثُ أُمِّ كُرْزٍ الْكَعْبِيَّةِ (١)، ٢٧١٣٩ - حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سِبَاعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، سَمِعْتُ (٢) مِنْ أُمِّ كُرْزٍ الْكَعْبِيَّةِ الَّتِي تُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْحُدَيْبِيَةِ وَذَهَبْتُ أَطْلُبُ مِنَ اللَّحْمِ: " عَنِ الْغُلَامِ شَاتَانِ، وَعَنِ الْجَارِيَةِ شَاةٌ، لَا يَضُرُّكُمْ ذُكْرَانًا كُنَّ أَوْ إِنَاثًا "، قَالَتْ: وَسَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " أَقِرُّوا الطَّيْرَ عَلَى مَكِنَاتِهَا " (٣)، ، .................................، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Umm Karz (may Allah be pleased with her) that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say at Hudaybiyyah—while I had gone out in search of meat—that for a boy’s ‘aqiqah two goats should be sacrificed, and for a girl one goat, and it does not matter whether the animal is male or female. Umm Karz (may Allah be pleased with her) says that I also heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: Let the birds remain in their nests.
